SECTION 21 - TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
All turnaround times refer to production only, not shipping time. While I do my best to meet stated turnaround windows, I am a one-woman business and occasional delays can occur due to health, family emergencies, supply chain issues, or high order volume.
I do not guarantee delivery dates. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, I have no control over delays, damage, or loss. Shipping issues must be handled through the carrier or Route Insurance if purchased at checkout.
